Food & Drink Co-ordinator FTC 12 months
London
At Côte, food is at the heart of everything we do. From our seasonal menu changes to our evolving Côte at Home offer, we’re passionate about delivering excellence – not just on the plate, but in the process too. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a super-organised, detail-obsessed Food & Drink Coordinator to join our vibrant team. If you thrive on spinning plates, love working collaboratively, and get a buzz from seeing projects come to life across multiple channels – we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the glue that holds our food team together – making sure we stay on top of everything from competitor pricing to internal systems, seasonal launches to photoshoot logistics. Your role will focus on keeping our food & drink documentation in top shape, supporting timelines and launches, and helping our menus roll out smoothly across all restaurants and digital platforms.
Day to day, you’ll:
Manage all admin and documentation for the Food Team, ensuring it’s accurate, accessible and up to date.
Track competitor pricing and menus throughout the year, providing valuable insight across the business.
Maintain and update the Côte at Home website with all new product launches and seasonal menu changes.
Create key documents and packs for website updates and photoshoots.
Attend Côte at Home shoots, ensuring dishes meet food specs and that we get website-perfect images.
Support the Head of Food & Drink with launch timelines and project planning.
Upload Deliveroo menus and manage changes with each new launch.
Create review packs for each menu launch and support with proof reading specs and documents.
Keep our shared drives and archives organised and accessible for the wider team.
What we’re looking for:
You’re a confident communicator, a natural organiser, and someone who’s excited by the fast-paced world of food & drink. You know how to manage multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat and can work collaboratively across teams while staying on top of the detail.
You’ll bring:
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive mindset, great planning skills and sharp attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working with numbers and commercial insight.
A good grasp of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
A background in food & beverage or a related lifestyle sector (preferred).
And above all – a genuine passion for restaurants, food, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
